Live streaming solutions allow organizations to expand their reach to new audiences beyond a physical event venue, providing more immediate impact as content is pushed out into social media feeds offering increased live exposure for sponsors, and potential for additional revenue generation.

Planning a live streaming event can be simple when using the right personnel.  There are many components of streaming including understanding the audience an organization is trying to reach, the type of program that will be produced and shared, determining which mediums and platforms will be offered for viewers to watch, download and engage with the event.  A strategy should also include integration into an organization’ Social Media and Website properties which are typically the ideal host spots for live video streaming, however there are other channels such as YouTube, Facebook Live, Roku, etc where audiences may be more familiar with and receptive to viewing from these types of platforms.

Students will learn how to work with professionals and client organizations to help determine the best solution to push Video Content to defined audience groups while working with the team to build the right platforms.
