Preparing Tech Professionals for Church Administration and Operations

Background Information

After spending decades serving the Church in pastoral ministry with a professional background in Information Technology and Telecommunications my experiences have led me to conclude that there is a tremendous need for an education and training program that prepares men and women of Faith who desire to serve the Church in a nontraditional capacity in various areas of technology.  Join us as we launch a series of "Faith-In-Action powered by Digital" workshops.

About the Program

The Tech Professionals for Church Administration and Operations program will prepare aspiring and seasoned technology professionals to acquire critical planning and tactical technology skills that support the administration and operational functions of the local church society. The goal of the program is to prepare men and women of Faith to work alongside diverse levels of Church leadership to develop strategies and plans for the adoption, implementation and management of technology solutions that transform ministries leveraging 21st century technology tools and resources effectively.

Our Goal

Our goal through this program is to deliver instruction that prepares the technologist to provide guidance and technical support to help Church leaders adopt and use technology solutions that align with and support every area of the local church.

Program Focus

The program will focus on every area of the local church ministry such as the following

Training Tools

Training will prepare the technologist to identify use cases for technology leveraging the following tools that enable organizations to become more productive, impactful and efficient in every area of ministry.

Our training program will also deliver lessons on budgeting and strategies to fund technology ministry. Every ministry within the Church body should have a clear understanding of the importance of identifying and securing sources of funding for its respective ministry, the Tech ministry is not an exception.
The program is open to both clergy and lay persons. We invite Church leaders, Overseers, Elders and Pastors to join us in the introductory courses, however training is specifically designed for those persons interested in becoming technology practitioners.
